Ben - depends on your car really. Mine needed a decent dent placed into them to have them clear the steering column and to not have it rub on right hand turns. Also will need to do some metal work to have the flanges meet your stock set up. Unless you get a shop to do it, you will need to order in some 2.75" stainless pipe from overseas as Aus shops typically don't stock or use it.
If you want some pics, PM me your mobile and I'll shoot you some of what I had to do. Besides that, they are a good set up.

These are great for the price.
If you could have someone cut at the collector and onpen to the 3" then have it goto 3" downpipes will help as well. I had that done

Bolt on. Gotta cut out factory primary cats and weld in a small section of 2.75" pipe to connect the factory to these headers. Will need tune to remove cel for cats below threshold.

Is there any way to keep the primary cats with these? Can those short tubes be welded in to replace the restrictive ones on top of the cats?
