Yup, correct but a e55 is not going to be in the low $40k range before mods. Plus, AMG's are not purpose built track assassins like American muscle cars. They have the aftermarket, but again I felt it was a dime a dozen.

Car looks great! I've followed your threads to gain some knowledge about the platform, I can't wait to see what you do with this one. Will you be doing E85 with this one? I'm curious to why not a lot of people use E85 in these cars, other platforms love it.

He seems to have had issues with it down where he is in the southeast. It's a lot more trouble free in the north and west. When working it's the wonderfuel.
