Can you elaborate?

I'm actually curious. I keep hearing about how everyone was making around 650whp on very little upgrades. Happy to hear something different. or at least actual experiences.

My V made 703rwhp on e85. That is complete full bolt on and will run you $20k in upgrades over the stock setup. Stock they make around 450rwhp through the auto. With that setup, the car will go high 9s around 140mph on a fast track in good air.

At that point you are into the car between $55-$60k on a low mile well kept late model V.

Now compare that to a fully built e55 and you will come in way lower than that price tag. There are a ton of fast V's out there, so you are also just one of the crowd. The e55 on the other hand is so special, going fast in one at the track really attracts crowds.

I have my eyes on a W220 S65 in the future. I sold the E55 a month or so ago and can't wait to get back into the game.

The S65 and CL65 were on my radar too but nothing fit the bill at the time. Those motors are so sweet. Trunk tank, meth , tune and you are well on your way!
