question about intercooler hoses..where do they go?

question about intercooler hoses..where do they go?
Hey does anyone know where the 2 hoses coming by the double idler pulley and the bleeder cap connect to? From what I can see one comes from the intercooler pump, and one goes the the heat exchanger? Which is the top and which is the bottom when connecting the rubber to steel lines at the top again?

So it says the top hose(#1) goes back to heat exchanger and the bottom hose(#2) comes from outlet of the pump the intercooler under the s/c?
Is this correct?

Sounds right to me. Here's a diagram I found. Hope it helps.
