although not the best times ever only being 2 10th's and 4 mph slower than an F10 M5 not too shabby. Guessing track prep was bad.

2014 E63S; AMS 100 octane ecu tune; edok tcu tune; BB intakes; dyno tuned
If only problem was track prep should the trap speed have been higher?

Wow those are horrible times. Need to work on your launch.
12.5 for a CP F10 M5 is even worse lol

Got 4 runs in. Times are not good but I beat a few c63 and some new 5.0's and f10 m5 only got me by a bit. I am disappointed on paper but might try again in october at another track just before season ends. I had zero chance at anything even close to WOT in any part of 1st gear.

2.15 was actually my best 60ft. The rest were up to 2.5! Launch techniques used were 1000rpm or off idle. Mashing throttle or really modulating throttle and in all cases as soon as I hit 75% throttle in 1st the tires spun. In my old 5.0 back in the day that trapped 99mph weighed 3100 lbs on ****ty all seasons I would be 2.0 to 2.1

Next time I'll try no more than 60% wot in 1st until I shift to 2nd but I have a feeling that will be slow too.

Most runs done with TCS off

Yes I was expecting more trap but was within 4 MPh of the f10 so I wasn't too fussed. Another thing is the car has 135k miles which might have some effect.

mods? or is this a stock car?

There should be a sticky for track. Im so sick of people thinking your 60ft is going to hurt your trap.

100% stock car, I have often found a higher, but still decent 60ft, results in higher trap speeds vs nailing a really good 60ft & its corresponding trap speeds.

With those 60' times I take it that you were on street tires?

Could a worn clutch pulley out of spec shim wise, result in a loss of psi?

Don't waste any,ore time on street tires. I tried for 2yrs to run 11's on street tires and it never happen. 12.04 was my best on 275/30/19's Nitto 555's. Btw the track that I go to has the worst prep on the west coast. I switched to 275/40/17 Mickey Thompson's and went 11.91 on my first run. Your trap is typical for a stock car which even back in 2007 ranged between 112-118.

I'm going through the same thing right now. My boost has been down to 9 psi (it was 13 psi earlier in the year). At first I thought it was my SC clutch slipping, but last night I noticed that at least one of the hose clamps that connect the intercooler to the surge tanks has come loose. I think I'm blowing 3psi right out the back of the intercooler. I will fix it on Saturday and take it to the track to see if it helps.

You may want to check the same on yours.
