"window down" feature with key fob?

"window down" feature with key fob?
I thought I read somewhere that you could lower the windows with the key fob. I have tried holding the "unlock" button for a few seconds and nothing happens. Could someone post the procedure for me or is this feature not present on the 2004 E55? Thanks.

I had the same problem, but after checking with my dealer he told me that it is a line of sight thing. You must be in a clear line of sight with the drivers door. Point the fob at the door and hold the unlock button. after about five seconds the windows and sunroof should open.

Thanks, it works when I point the smart key at the infrared sensor on the door handle. I must not have pointed in the correct direction.
