Eurocharged issue
Just wanted to see if anyone else has ran into an issue like this.
When I purchased my tune with my genius it was free updates. I am sure we are all in this boat but had to pay $35 for the update. I am updating because I put C63 mufflers on the wagon. So long story short, having issues with the my genius, I was in told by eurocharged that I needed to contact DIM Sport in Italy. Took a day off to troubleshoot and they said to get back with my "master" eurocharged. I mailed it to Philip and they can't reset it. So the solution from Philip is I can pay to ship it to Italy and get it fixed or buy a new my genius.
I only used it once and little frustrated with this situation. Don't know why I have to pay to get it shipped to Italy to get it fixed or for a new one. Its like me buying a apple computer from Best Buy and they say sorry cant help you but you can go to Apple to see if they can fix your issue.
Anyone else have a issue like this? Any suggestions? Thinking of just getting another tune elsewhere.

I have to pay for shipping my genius back to me after I was told to ship it to them to reset and paid. The only good part about this transaction is they will give me my $35 back minus the shipping.
Time to find another tune.

dont get the public announcements on complaints and beating up vendors...
pick up up the phone and call. Also remember vendors have a myriad of products to sell. Euro has $40k Lambo turbo engine kits and $29k e55 Engines to sell. So go figure if response time is slow on a $35 item!
Add to this the volume of inbound time waster inquiries the likely get hundreds of inquiries s day for 10 brands of cars = dozens of models they do pretty good.
jerry, Phil and crew are good eggs that bust their tails...
good luck

This was what was given to me. I asked if this was the only solution and have not gotten a response back other than they were going to ship my genius back to me and I had to pay for it to be shipped back.
