Estimates on Value
Hey folks,
I'm toying with the idea of unloading my 2005 E55. Understandably, I know there's no definitive answer as to its value but I'm interested in gathering feedback.
Here's a quick list of the condition:
2005 (non Designo)
Black
42k miles
full service history
Non distronic
Dynamic Seats
Rear Shade
Sirius Satellite
Non-HID
non pano
heated seats (no cooling)
FTP H/E
EC Mids
CF trunk spoiler
Paint: 9/10
Interior 10/10
Powertrain 10/10
All electronics are 100%
Again, just generally curious. If anyone is interested, I can upload photos as well.
Thanks in advance for your constructive feedback.

For the most part I bought your year younger twin (2006, 41k miles, very similar mods in April). Paid $22,900 which at the time was full "retail" and was glad to pay it given its pedigree.
could I have found something cheaper and or something "done" with FULL mods at the same or less? Sure there is or always will be something...
there are a lot of low mike E55's in auto trader right now. Miles and Prices vary.
regardless if you are asking $17k or $25k you have to find the right buyer. I happened to be a "boomerang" who had an E55, got rid of it, and always wanted one, knew and appreciated the car. What can you buy in the $20k range that has the level of class and performance of an e55?
NOTHING!
Good luck with the sale.

In all honesty, I'd probably shoot for something powered by an M157.
Or just re-enact my favorite scene from The Departed....
