Thumbs down IAT 199f ?

hello guys

i would like to know if someone faced this issue,,

my car is tuned by euroflash,,

mods are
77 fixed pulley, 168 crank pulley, ftp intercooler, Ic tank, upgraded water pump, 3” exhaust x pipe, barabus mufflers, NGK one step colder sparks, k&n filters.

my car is running lean and my IAT is running 190F to 199F in hard pulls and yes its puuling timing and my power drop,

in my country its winter and the ic tank water is cold during my hard pulls and the water pump is directly switch from the cabin and works fine, supercharge doesn't shut-down in every hard pulls even thug my IAT is so high,

recently changed my fuel pump and filter.

Check out the dyno pull and datalog,,, do you think i need to get me a better tune !!

Man.....I would have to think that your pump is shutting off at 3,500 rpm by the chart.

i will check that pump and hope its shutting off, FYI and advice my pump is connected to the fog light switch.

Well I have said this many times on this forum. I have a small led light that is mounted on the dash and it comes on every time the pump comes on. Priceless.This will always tell me that power is indeed going to it {pump}and the pump is on.... a great help in diagnosis.
Doesn't mean the pump is not dead itself but that there is power and that it holds steady through the rpm.

that's a great idea,
as per to my setup on/ off its manual as soon I switch the fog light on the pump works , and I think its better to keep it on always.

Yup. That tank doesn't have a pickup tube so on hard acceleration it sucks air into the system and the iat just instantly skyrockets.

dam no why they sale bad products, any suggest that I can fix the tank and not waste my money by replacing it !!

i had that tank and i was chasing that problem too first start up were fine. at the the track with ice stock pulley i would get over a 100 deg rise in act temp way before the end of the track. i put my 03 cobra tank back in and my temps dropped big time. fast recovery as well.

This has been discussed in some other threads, as rocman stated the FTP tank doesn't have a pick up tube in the tank so it's causing cavitation.

Put a hose in the tank on the pick up side and it will work, or better yet weld in a line
