Billet Anodized Fuel Lids with -8AN Supply and -6AN Return!!
Thanks!
Dave
Ok Folks, it's getting real... Please PM me if you're interested, include your email address - Pricing will be $375 shipped within CONUS.
What does it come with?!?!
Well! It comes with: Black anodized lid with rods (rods are 316L stainless, and you will re-use your old springs), fittings on the bottom (a 1/2" barb for feed, and a 3/8 barb for return, Plug-n-play wiring for (2x) Walbro 450 - E85 pumps, Factory connector on top, ready to plug in, the lines - (lines are submersible and ethanol compatible) enough to connect both pumps and run to the 1/2" feed barb, and finally, the "Y" and the clamps to get you all connected.
It DOES NOT include pumps/buckets, or the fittings on the top.
There are a LOT of options here, you can completely build out your fuel system to support 900ish whp on E85, or you can simply use the electrical portion, knowing it will never burn up or leak fuel. All connections on top are AN, and can easily be capped if you don't intend to use right now, but will be there if you ever want to.

They seem to be moving fast! Thanks a lot!

Yes that's right! These are back in stock!
New round of billet fuel tank lids!! This is version 2 with no major changes, just cleaned things up a bit

Pumps pictured are a pair of Walbro 450's (stock pumps flow about 350lph @ free flow TOGETHER!!). I am looking to supply these for folks who want to run flex, as anything over 575-600whp on the stock line (for E85) is getting into the danger zone for for the stock fuel line, and you will want to size it up
They also will never leak or burn the connectors. This is the other critical reason to upgrade. Cars with only months of operation, even on a BRAND NEW recall tank lid come in cooked... The wiring is "all fuels" rated, and 12ga Mil-Spec, more than enough for the current draw of the 450's. The lid is black anodized and comes with a -8AN and a -6AN fitting machined into the lid on top for fuel feed and return (if you want) 1/2" and 3/8 barbed fittings are included on the bottom. It will supply enough fuel for 1000hp+ on E85. It drops right in, and has a factory MB plug on the outside, so it plugs directly into the stock harness. You can also opt for the pump set with the baskets. Lids are $375 shipped in CONUS! $850 for everything you see pictured, plus a $300 core on the baskets until you send me yours back. Like a few guys did in the last round, you can also use this setup without an upgraded line... simply cap the ports, and use the electrical portion for some upgraded pumps. I provide all the correct fittings to tie into the stock line set, so its all just plug-n-play!Thanks!

I would love to see the whole fuel rail from tanks to motor on an E85 set-up.

In the last pages you'll see the same question being asked and a fella took some pictures of his engine. Nothing to see besides the flex sensor, and the harness is made to look factory, so it's very subtle.
Thanks

I have an older Fadal 4020ht cnc in my shop was thinking about doing the same thing until I found this post. Would sure be a lot easier if somebody already completed the job... but this post isn't exactly new so lmk. AWESOME WORK.

I may have a black anodized setup of something else comes through for my (long time coming) solution.
