How to narrow down airmatic leak?
Eurocharged Canada is having issues diagnosing my rear suspension leak. They have had the car a week and are telling me it's not easy to figure the leaks out. Is there any direction I can give these guys on helping to narrow down the source of the leak or is it just a PITA to diagnose?

If it keeps on dropping when car is off most likely the bags or reservoir. Better off changing the bags for arnotts that's have no reservoir.

Are they both dropping equally? Sometimes one side drops and the other side drops slightly because of that. If you go Arnott you should change both together anyway because they don't use a reservoir anymore.

Probably the rear air springs leaking. Mine had same issue. Bought arnotts and good to go. Now my fronts went out. But, I thought they would because they are 10 years old originals.
GL, let us know what it was.

They found the line leaking from bag to reservoir. Would have went coils but with at least 1 member getting squeaking issues it was a no go for me.

When I park my E55 for 3 days, both rear just sit on the ground. This never happened before until last month. I am buying BC BR coil over now... Don't want to deal with the front air suspension in the future.

2 mins after driving away from EC Canada the check suspension warning came up lol. Arghhh! Right side of car seems to respond normally to height adjustment ie. Sport 2 vs comfort. Drivers side not so much.

Did they check the rear level sensor? If it's not adjusted properly it won't ride level even if everything else is 100% right. Also I have found the system to be erratic. Sometimes it leaks sometimes not. Sometime it dips on different sides. I'm on a 6 month stretch of no leaking at all. Other times it's overnight. On mine going into sport then back to comfort put the leak in remission. It's not leaking enough to ever find it.

Hi! Have this error-message "arrow up, visit workshop" after a few minutes driving. Im not able to see if the car is lowered, like it was when my front struts or rear tanks were leaking, so i do think there is something else. When stopping the car i occationaly hear a air-leaking sound from my left front. Makes me think it might be a leak in the compressor. Does this seem right to you experts? And if it is a leak in the compressor, should i change it now, or wait till its competely dead?

Keep in mind that your rear bags are rubber, and over time the rubber gets brittle and develop cracks, well these tiny cracks will leak. But, if your sure that your front struts and rear bags aren't leaking, then it's probably the air distribution block located just behind the air compressor.
