i am going to disable the secondary air pump via STAR but was looking to see if anyone had disconnected or plugged any/all the lines involved with this system or just left them alone, thanks in advance

I am curious as to why disable the pump when a rebuilt pump is $125 and a 30 minute job start to finish? I just replaced my pump last night because of a bad bearing.

I disabled mine and disabled cats and ditched secondary cats ( South Carolina - "Track Only Use Car" Registration/Yearly inspection un-needed)

I left them installed but have read about people cutting a custome block off plate to take them out. I have not had any issues (related to coding them out ) in about 8500 hard miles FWIW
