Hey all,

I have tried to look for some help with this issue. Have not has any success. So I'm hoping someone here can help.

the bluetooth in the car connects just fine to my phone, but every time a call is connected for a few seconds (10) I can hear the caller, but they can hear me just fine. It seems like the audio coming into the car just cuts out and in about 10-15 seconds its back and working just fine. It will not have a problem after that for the rest of the conversation.

I have tried to reset the bluetooth in the car and deleted all phone and repaired the phone and it has not fixed the issue.

I have use a iPhone 7 Plus and Samsung Note 5 and both the phones have the same issue.

I own a 2010 CLS63

Any help will be helpful.
