I been kinda slacking to say the least in actually putting the remote in a place that makes sense. I just left it coming out the footwell and stuck it in the net holder

Where did you guys mount yours?

I wanted it inside the glovebox but the inside is all hard so I dont know how I would do it.

passenger side transmission tunnel net. allows for easy access and you don't realize its there when the screen is off.

not a single person has asked me about mine. it blends in with the netting and carpet color. I have the screen saver turned on so it does not light up unless I touch it. if I had it anywhere else it would take to long for me to grab it to raise my car to get through speed bumps.

Thanks! I had to swap the iPod cable to the aux port on the back of the head unit, so I fed the cable up while that was out. I did use a drill against the back of that compartment to make room for the wire. And there's only a little space in the back of it so had to poke the cable around and use a wire hanger to pull it through

Incentives the head unit was out, it took me like 20mins to run it. And the head unit comes in within a few minutes so maybe take you like an hour tops to do it

Brining up an old thread but didn't see this topic anywhere else. I just installed this on my '07 E63 but the remote is dead/blank.

I followed the 4 wire AMG install instructions. All works well except the remote. Trying to get ahold of Programa but I've seen them post that the remote does not work with all vehicles. But Iooking above I see that it works.

Did you guys have any issues? Should I change the dials on the module itself?

I was able to talk to a tech at Programa maybe 2 months ago when I was interested in buying one. If memory serves me, he basically said that they were on sale because the remote didn't work (or work well). The work-around is to somehow set your desired ride height at the time of installation knowing that you'd have to go back into the panel to change the height.

Thanks for the reply and good information. Had I known that the remote wouldn't work, I would have just done links instead. Not being able to adjust remotely makes this lowering module a waste of time and money. Not to mention, I am on the minimal lowering setting (0) and I have less than a finger gap. Any lower and I will be flush with the tires.

Here is the bland reply I just got from Programa when I asked them why it didn't work and what I could do to troubleshoot it...

"Thank you for contacting Programa, The suspension remote is a complimentary accessory compatible with select Mercedes models. Alternatively, this module can easily function manually for customers to enjoy the convenience of remote-less suspension."

I wonder how one would adjust the settings manually without an interface (the remote). Do they expect someone to touch two wires together until the desired height is set, then cover the wires?
