I finally got this MB E63 AMG 2007, I really want to DIY all the fluids the car has 80,000 miles on it and I check the maint history they change the tranny fluid at 45,000 miles any advice....can you DIY all these?

I'm also a DIYer, and prefer to do a lot of the maintenance on my E63 myself. To answer your question, engine oil, brake fluid, gear oil can be done yourself. For tranny fluid, radiator fluid and steering fluid, you will need specialized equipment. The transmission doesn't have a fill tube, in the conventional sense and has to be hooked up to a machine to fully flush and fill the unit. Same for the radiator, even though the radiator does have a petcock, but doing this will leave voids in the engine where the old fluid will reside, also trapping air in the system. It has to be hooked up to life support to fully flush out the old, and inject the new thus removing any air. I'm not exactly sure if the power steering, has a drain plug or not, but a believe you can use some type of life support machine that will flush it out. I simply do what I can, and what I can't I take it to my Indy shop. I recently had every fluid replaced except for power steering.

Wrong you can do tranny fluid by your own damn self the same way you can change the oil. Open the drain plug, drain, measure EXACTLY how much came out, and put that much back in.
It's a good idea to open the pan, change the pan gasket and the oil filter, but you will always end up only partially draining fluid which is imho a better way than replacing the full fluid. The trannies hold about 7qt, you'll get around 4 per drain. Change the fluid every 10k over 30k miles and you'll slowly introduce clean fluid in the unit.
Use Shell 134 atf OP, plenty of guides on how to change the fluid in a 722.6 or the 7 gear tranny you have.
Brake fluid I know you need SDS to do it properly, but people do it without. Never done it.
Just google around. Also, OP if you have facebook look up amg enthusiasts and join the group, it seems to be way more active than the forums unfortunately.

when you remove the plug on a 722.9, nothing comes out. You must break a internal tube for it to drain, so changing filter and gasket is standard service. Then you pump new fluid in through the drain. Just google around...

Bahaha okay, on my CLK I removed the plug without draining the pan first and it sprayed all over my face, I tried to get out from under the car and hit my head, it was a ****ing nightmare.... ATF all over the driveway, I was at my parents house and my dad wanted to get really angry but couldn't because he was laughing so hard while I was screaming in pain from the ATF.
It took a lot of saline solution to clean out my eyes and the smell... man I could smell atf for a good 3-4 days after
