What else needs doing to make sure my E55 is up to spec?

What else needs doing to make sure my E55 is up to spec?
So far I have done the following in the past 2.5 months of ownership:
Valve covers
Plugs
Air filters
Oil changes
Tranny fluid and filter
Flex discs
Driveshaft... bearing thing
IAT sensor
SC belt tensioner
Going to do the following soon:
Midlength headers
PLM cooler
New belts
3 piece pulley kit
Engine mounts
Tranny mount is good
Gonna do alternator preventatively
Control arms/ball joints look okay according to the mechanic I go to
My gas tank has been serviced with the warranty according to my service history.
What else should I do?

Might as well change 60% of the coolant when you drain the engine radiator and heat exchanger to put the new PLM in. Is your pump in good shape?
Just out of interest does anyone know how much coolant you need to do this partial drain/refill?
