Vendor experience - Fabtech
Has anyone had any positive experience with this vendor?

had a couple questions for them, about the maker of the product they're selling, and got a dance around answer, very shady, and red flaggy,
not to mention you add this to the web design, lack of name of person responding, general language and legal disclaimer used in email, and time it took to reply to an inbound sales request... all indicated a business being run from somebody's kitchen.
just wanted to make sure I am not making up my mind negatively over nothing... anybody had better experience?

I can clearly see why,
Honest to God truth, I contacted them with absolute blank slate, and no preexisting opinion about them, and they managed to concern me, and really turn me off as a customer in two emails, and less than 4 paragraphs... the second email was down right rude actually...
The attitude, style, language, response time, wiliness to help, interest in making a sale, interest in answering customer questions, were all lacking, very sad
Moving on, I guess...

I bought their heat exchanger a while ago. Honestly, I had a really solid experience with them. Quick reply on emails and questions. Shipping was quick. But I understand many others have had different experiences.

I put in a order with them once and called two days later to cancel and won't mention the main guys name.. kept half my money and wouldn't return a refund. Totally screwed me.. I wouldn't do business with this outfit.

haven't had heat soak ever since installing the bigger FMIC - so I'm happy with them...

Tried contacting them via phone and email regarding an intake kit installation on my E55, haven’t received a response. Also to purchase the silicone updated silicone Y pipe. Nothing...

well for one thing I’m not sure they are around anymore. 2nd being this thread is from 2018 so it’s 5y old. 3rd replying to toad is just 🤦🏻♂️ bc sure he isn’t around too plus he was super annoying.

I also recently called and emailed because I had purchased their pulley set and no response. About a year ago I did get a hold of them by phone but nothing now. How strange.
