I'm sort of new to this forum but I need some help so I guess I would turn to the best online people I could think of. My car was hit by a drunk driver while I was at work. He obviously didn't not leave any info. I have started a Gofundme page to help raise the money to get it fixed. I worked in a restaurant and was recently laid off. I have a wife and two kids and can't afford these repairs right now. You can give as little as $1 and it would be greatly appreciated. if you please share this link with others that would also be great appropriated. I keep faith in people even when times are hard. Alright I'll kind of buy it now. He updated the page with the pics I asked for, including the paper with his name and date. I think he over exaggerated the damage and made up the stories about work but I do think he has a damaged Mercedes.

You guys are quick to jump to conclusions. I did get fired but I got another job from a friend of mine like 2 Days Later. The difference is now I don't get paid nearly what I was making. sorry if I'm new to making go fund me sites and did not add a picture of the damage of my car. I'm no scammer jerk off. Yep I updated pictures of the damage. Next I'll be updating my newest and lowest repair quote which is $1,600, only $300 less than the last one. I will also be lowering the price on my GoFundMe page to the new lowest repair cost which is $1,600. Thanks drothgeb, your the only helpful person on here. Also the reason I posted this on here is because of all the good people that I used to deal with when it came to my w211 E55 from shardul to djrabbit to Serpong mister TorqueOnDemand and all the other good folks. Helpful people, not people that just troll the net to make hateful comments. Thanks to all the real MB owners that are heplful, the rest of you need to sell your Benz and buy a BMW like all the rest of the Dbags out there.

And the car I drive is a 1997 w210 E420 with a real AMG package which most will tell you doesn't exist. It's far more rare than your or my old w211 E55 which they made over 12K of just for the states. Keep putting your foot in your mouth when it comes to your knowledge of Mercedes. In the future my 97 e420 with real AMG package will be worth more than the e55. Not to mention the crazy low miles my car has on it. Thats also why I will not be having my insurance handle it. They would total the car and it's too nice of a car to do that to

You should have understood how everyone would have looked at your post with a skeptical eye, and come back with some more details & explanation. Its a bit of a crap situation you have but to be frank, your jerk responses aren't going to result in any positive reaction and financial assistance. I would have thrown in a few bucks to help out a member but your attitude is undeserving.

FCP Euro sent out an email about a customer who was diagnosed with cancer and has hit some financial roadblocks. Sounds like a great guy who has put in a lot of volunteer time with the Red Cross. I was fortunate enough to have been taken care of when I needed it and now in a position to pay it forward especially to a fellow enthusiast. I'll be sending him and would encourage others to as well.

Wow you had a dick of a boss, to lay you off after a customer destroyed your car. You should sue the restaurant for serving people to extreme intoxication causing damage to your car.
