Best way to replace all front and rear suspension bushings?

Best way to replace all front and rear suspension bushings?
I want to replace all the front and rear suspension bushings and ball joints. Because I don't have a press, I'm thinking the easiest, albeit more expensive route, is to buy new control arms front and rear with the new bushings in them. Have any of you guys done this job? It would seem to be fairly straight forward. My main concern is the air suspension. Can I do this job like a normal spring suspension car, or do I need to somehow deactivate the suspension using a STAR type system? I have a iCarsoft MBII box. Hopefully, if deactivation is needed, this unit can accomplish that.
Any ideas on what to buy? I was thinking about picking up Lemforder (sp?) parts. Any and all tips on doing this job would be greatly appreciated.

Piece of pipe with a thick washer welded on top, some threaded rod with grease on it. You can pull the bushings out buy tightening the nut, and pull the new ones in. You'll need a press for the front lower ball joints in the spindle though.
Buy the trust arms first. OD on the bushings is the same as the control arms. You can figure out what size pipe to get. Approximately 2 1/2" by 6"
