Exclamation New YOUTUBE Diy Series EP1 Heater Valve DIY

Hey Guys Most of you don't know I have a youtube channel as I'm currently building a 76 Porsche 911. I decided to start filming some of my Mods and DIY's I do on my E55 and add them to my youtube channel. If you have anything your interesting in or want to see just let me know and ill my best to try and make a video on that. The idea is to try to save you all money and [to give you confidence to take on small jobs and mods yourself. I have a few I have done and Ill drop them over the next few weeks. Cheers Reece, RJ

Do a video on putting straps on motor mounts like Das it16 did in this thread: https://mbworld.org/forums/w211-amg/...e-headers.html
Pictures at post 12. Let me see motor movement before and after

Yeah I’m not gonna do a video on that it’s really dangerous. All someone has to do is buy a strap made of the wrong material and you have a fire starter under the car. But I will do a video on installing engine dampeners. Better and far more safer.

I personally am mostly interested in before/after results, did you notice any difference?

I hadn't thought about the fire thing, but mostly I was wondering if they wore through on an edge and broke, if one of those straps could end up getting sucked up in one of my belts.

Hi
when you do the DIY video could you please brake torque the engine before and after so we can see how effective the damper is?

Cheers,
P Rat
