E55 and E63 cat pipes interchangeable?

Does anyone know if the cat pipe from an E55 would bolt onto an E63? They look almost identical but I'm worried that the angles where they mount to the manifolds are different. The part numbers for them are different according to the EPC as well.

I'm also leaning towards them not fitting. I want to have a second set so I can cut the cats out and just swap the pipes when it's time for smog. It's a decent amount to gamble on them not fitting, which is what I'm worried about.

the drawing for the E55 is wrong - this is the exhaust setup on the E55

I believe this is the E63 (6.3) exhaust - can someone verify?

seems like the systems are very different visually from the pics above - can you look under your car to see if you have the secondaries bunched up like this?

or is is a wider split system?

Here's a pic of my exhaust when we had it off the car. I'm not sure if the bends after the secondaries are different.

the picture posted is incorrect. the W211 E63 looks the same as the E55's, but the piping might not be the same size? i feel the E63 has bigger piping there.

Pretty sure it is since the underside of mine looks nothing like that.

You will have a two to three inch gap between the driver side catalytic pipe that connects to the resonator if you use the 55 hardware.
