Rattle in rear seat center arm rest is driving me crazy

Rattle in rear seat center arm rest is driving me crazy
Guys,
I have a rattle in the rear center arm rest. I think it's in the cup holder mechanism that extends out the front when the armrest is down. Does anyone know how to take this apart? I don't really want to remove the entire armrest if I can avoid it, I'd like to remove only the cup holder mechanism to try to find out what's rattling inside of it. Has anyone else had this problem? It's making me crazy. I don't want to start prying on plastic bits without knowing what I'm doing, I'll surely break something doing it that way. Any tips or info is greatly appreciated.
