Anyone Have Kleeman's Lowering Module

Looking for some input on Kleeman's lowering module. Recommended by a local tuner, anyone have real world experience with it? Thanks, Jimmy

Don't know of that brand, but can highly recommend the Carlsson unit. I just had it installed and it lowered the car almost an inch. The top of the rear finder partially covers the rear tire and the front finder sits right on the top of the tire. It looks great. I don't think I would want it any lower. No problems with it rubbing and I have 19x10 in the rear and 10x81/2 in the front wheels on the car.

FYI- I had the Kleeman installed on Saturday and am happy with the result. The car sits an inch lower, and the tires fill the wheelwells nicely. Ride and handling are still excellent, with no rubbing...........Jimmy

Not cheap............1990 for the module and another340 labor, wich included 4 wheel alignment. Module install took about 2-2.5 hrs. I took the car to Topline Automotive in Burlingame Ca. (thanks jame55) and was very pleased with their service.Jimmy

2 - 2.5 hours seems like a really long time to install the KLEEMANN module.

I believe the Carlsson module only takes 15 minutes to install.

I wonder why the amount of time is so different.

In all honesty all module take about the same amount of time to install. 30mins to 1 hour doesn't seem unreasonable.

"including alignment"

Sounds fair.

what he said. Tech at Topline brought me into shop and let me check his work out, believe me, I am no expert, but this is no plug and play mod. Tech's work was ultra clean , (attaboy Rocco), and he took the time to explain how the module was installed. No complaints here.................Jimmy

if the time included alignment, then that sounds ok.

i wasn't sure from the post since you mentioned alignment when you spoke about pricing.

Ride and handling haven't changed as far as I can tell, maybe a bit less body roll, I really haven't pushed it hard enough to notice yet .................definitely looks better. JS
