Arnott Air Shocks Satisfaction Reviews
I need to replace a bad front air shock on my 07 E63.
For those owners with direct experience useing either the "New" version or the "Rebuilt" version of their shocks what has your experience been good or bad.
Thanks in advance for all your replies and Happy New Year 2018!!

I have "new" Arnott front springs and rear bags on my 04 E55. The fronts are at least 2-3 years old and the rears are about 1 year old. I am very happy with them. I have only used new Arnott's. I don't believe there is a big price difference between new and rebuilt. At our shop we use New Arnott's on MBZ, Jag, Rover etc. whenever they are available. That being said, if only "Rebuilt" are available, we do not hesitate to use them.
Hope this helps.

New Arnotts installed on all four corners in January 2016 37,000 miles ago. I get an intermittent "open" circuit message on the front left every few months but the air spring works fine even when the error code is there. Otherwise, no issues and I would purchase the new air springs again when needed.
