2005 E55 AMG W211 brakes suggestions?

I own 2005 E55 AMG W211, the front and rear brakes (pads, disc) are both due for replacement in 100 days or so. Any aftermarket recommendation that is reliable and cost-effective other than genuine parts? Suggestion appreciated . Thanks

I'll be doing new pads and slotted rotors on my E500 in the next few months.
Reached out to Kevin from R1 Concepts - they're a supporting vendor on these forums.
He was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and emailed me a quote (very reasonable prices) for an entire brake package including stainless steel lines.
If you do a search you'll find some posts of R1 products installed with great success.

The pads are fairly cheap and the one piece rotors are not too bad. If you are keeping the car for a while go with fcpeuro. Otherwise just find the cheapest deal on stock rotors. Go with akebono if you don't like brake dust.

E55 Brakes

I went with Textar (http://textar.com/) rotors and the Akebono Euro pads. Very happy with the performance. Remember there is a different wear sensor on each side (front only). The left side is a partial wear (50%) and the right side is 100%. That is why there are 2 different holes in the brake pad. I believe they omit the left sensor now because of potential radio interference.... See the MBZ pdf below
