Roof rack

Hoping to do a road trip next summer. Any suggestions on where to buy a roof rack to fit the factory mounts? I'm also wondering if they are the same between the E and the CLS.

My yakima rack has near infinite possibilities on what it can carry. Summer trim has a mountain bike next to a solo canoe on my roof.

Do a web search for part number 6-6-85-0266-64. It is the MB basic roof carrier that fits the W211. I do not believe it will fit a CLS according to the fitment guide. Works great for me and easy to take on and off once you get the initial setup done. Word of caution: be very careful when threading the bolts in as they can strip out very easily. If they aren't threading in easily, rest assured you are starting to cross thread them. It's difficult to see the bolts during attachment so just take your time.

Cool, thanks! I always thought the CLS would look good with a couple surf boards on the roof.
