Mine has a bit of a miss at idle until it's warmed up and we don't know why. It'll be getting pulled apart for new headbolts within the next 3-4 weeks hopefully, will check the condition of things then.

it should not have a rough idle and if you are asking about those 2 cam lobes, they don't look bad to me unless that picture is hiding something you see in person,, you may need plugs, coil pack or some vacuum leak somewhere -- 67k is nothing if the car has been somewhat maintained ,, not sure about the head bolts but 1k of maintenance beats a replacement motor that gets hydro-locked

In the pic you posted, what exactly are you concerned about?
Seems like I remember muscle cars with high profile cams having a rough, badass sounding idle. You could tell there was power lurking beneath just by the sound of the engine at idle. Compared to the "muscle" of the 60's and 70's, these cars are on serious steroids.

That "odd, off-to-the-side wear mark" looks like some kind of index mark given that it's consistent and in the same place on other lobes. As far as wear goes, does your fingernail feel any wear (catches on an edge)? If you put a straight edge across the cam surface with a strong light on the other side of the straight edge, do you see an inconsistent line of light appear between the cam and edge? That's a pretty good wear indicator without using a dial indicator or some such.
