Help with these codes please
I bought the MB II to diagnose my SBC issue, got these codes:
C26FB Control unit A7/3n1 (SBC) internal fault
C249F Service threshold reached
C23BD Hydraulics Fault: Pressure regulator, RR wheel
C233D: " LR wheel
C26BE Hydraulics fault: Malfunction in pressure supply
--------------------------------------------------------
054 Supply voltage for solenoid unit: 6.09V
055 Supply voltage for A7/3m1 (High pressure and return pump): 4.31V
I take it those voltages are rather low, what is the normal spec? I'm aware of what the C249F means, but the rest I'm wondering if its related to the voltage? or does C249F cause a low voltage to the solenoid and high pressure pump?

My guess is you need to replace the SBC pump as it's reached the service life. However standby for the lads in the know to answer.

Like C32owner said, your SBC reached end of life.
"C249F Service threshold reached"
Time for a rebuilt SBC hydraulic pump with pre-tensioner pressure reservoir on the side. DIY threads on here if you want to do it yourself. You'll need STAR to bleed it properly. Use your VIN to ensure you obtain an SBC pump compatible with your car.
No, do not even think of resetting the counter; the other codes indicate internal faults in the SBC. Post your VIN and one of us will post the part numbers of the SBC pump that will work for you. Should be less than $900 or so for the pump. Labor extra.
Search and read; many threads and posts on this in this sub-forum.

Time for a new SBC. Please resist the urge to buy the 30 dollars reset tool:
1- it wont erase all of your code.
2- even if it did, your safety and life is worth more than any savings in not buying a new SBC

+1 ^ bayhas.
This guy is one I've been following for years. I learned a lot from his posts.
bayhas, I don't travel to New England but I thank you for the posts you've placed out here; I've learned a lot from your experiences and I appreciate the information you shared.

So I did you know if this voltage 4.31 is corect
i have the same issue
Thanks
