Torque converter question!
Dear all,
I think that my torque converter needs to be replaced for my e55 2004. My question is to know if this part is specific for amg cars or any torque converter such as for e500 is ok.
If both has same stall speed the one for amg is designed to handle more power or i can buy any torque converter?
hope my question is clear

I don't know for sure but most engine and driveline components are specific for the AMG models. For example 722.6 is the 5 speed transmission but the AMG boxes are built to different specs, more clutch packs etc.
