Has anyone done the motor mount replacements on a right hand drive E55, is it the same process of dropping the steering rack down and sliding the drivers mount out toward the passenger side?

Had mine done, and it's RHD. But I have long tube headers and billet motor mounts from East Coast Euro. The driver side was easy on my car, but passenger side was tricky due to the headers. Steering rack was dropped and it makes it much easier.
