Remove air pump and still get ready state?

I’d like to find out if that can remove the air pump from the front of the car and code it out, but still get a ready state on the ECU for a smog test?

It should be; I got mine from Shardul and coded out my SAI no problem.

The STAR I got from Shardul also had Dev mode and unlocked. I was able to code out my SAI in acc 2 (without the motor running) and still have it stay coded out. All of my DTC emissions readiness codes show "complete."
