Weird rear end problem

Ok while changing my rear tires yesterday i noticed that the tires are rubbing the shocks here an there. These are stock rear rims an tire size 265/40/18. I know it cant be the rear subframe bushing being bad cus the shocks would move with it but if the tires can somehow move side to side then this would cause it. Anyone have this issue an if so what was the cause an fix??

that’s honestly the only thing I can think of. These cars are heavy, maybe the car is flexing the tie rods when a lot of stress is put on them like a bump. That is, depending on how new your suspension components are

camber might be fine, but this bush effects toe on the rear on the rear if its worn, generally people rarely change this bush because sometimes it requires the whole arm to be replaced

your welcome , jack up the car and pull and push the wheel left and right.

The bush can be bought separately, but the arm is in two parts and it has a lip pressed together around the bush from the factory, You cant just press in a new bush unless you remove the arm and twist the two parts apart, but that will require deflating the suspension airbag.

If you dont want to remove the arm from the car you can extract the bush by grinding away the lip on one side of the arm around the bush.
