HELP E55 falls on its face WOT @ 5000 rpm no matter the gear it’s in.

Just got to figure out a solution. I’m sure it’s going to be a simple one but nonetheless that’s ridiculous for a fu**ing intake that’s over $800 bucks! FTP 👎🏼 Rttadam did you get a chance to take pics or just describe your solution?

I have been slacking on the pictures. It's really nothing but a metal tube stuffed inside the rubber tubes to make sure they can't collapse.

2003 e55, 2014 e63s wagon, 997 911.

Mine has a little bit different set up. Stock airbox Is connected to the FTP metal and silicone pipe.The silicone part does not fit correctly to the stock fittings on the sides of the radiator.
