I see your logic, but - If all the air has to pass through the filter anyway what point is there in moving it? I think your right there is no gain to be had here because the internal bottleneck in the supercharger is already restricting flow more than filter placement from what I hear.

same, don’t have dyno on this mod, but I felt a little effect...maybe just placebo

Got to be some truth in it, I hope. If you felt a little effect bonus, pity you didn't manage a before and after

I had spacer and didn’t feel a difference but then I didn’t feel any difference neither after swapping 82TB on; butt dyno not calibrated 🤣🤣🤣!!!

an air filter upgrade/change would add 1-5hp max and you would never be able to feel it from 475 stock . . .

VRP refuses to dyno prove their claims and instead just links you to some other scam dyno claim if you ask them lol . they literally forward you to a company they hate on/make fun of and say "use their dyno" when you ask for a dyno hahahaha.

NEVER EVER INSTALL THIS FOLKS.

@MSG55 No butt dyno difference from the 82mm tb, shucks I was Convinced from the online posts that it was a given power increase, hmmm think I will stick to my stock TB for longer then.

Well the intake spacers are claiming to make around 25whp that's quite substantial, but yes would love to see an unbiased dyno of this.

Holy Moly we have never claimed 25whp on spacers. We tested them on a CL63 and picked up around 5. Now that car is NA, but still.

Throttlebody is one of the best mods you can do to your car. you will 100% notice an immediate difference. Only mod I personally dont ever notice a difference on is headers.

Never said you claimed that. Another company claims it with a kit pretty much same as yours. Ps: your very first post on this thread you said yours saw 18hp gain

your first post you say 18hp, then last week i asked you for a dyno, and you said "refer to post above", and the post above that was the competitors/company you guys were dissing dyno . . . so to most, you are inferring the results would be the same as theirs by saying "refer to the post above"

that being said, just by design verse oem, i admit it probably does help to some extent for those looking to squeeze every last HP out of the car. theres just no official data anywhere

C, I might be a bit fictitious on 82 TB comparison with spacer. Tbh, I’m a real novice on cars and accessing their drivability. However, after TB swap, I installed LTH x pipe and had a big grin during my test drive. I really felt a major difference in power gain. I’m sure TB added something into the overall gain, but when I did the pulley and TB mods (cooling too) I didn’t get that elated grin as on LTH. 😁

It felt faster because it was noisy now. Lol. It’s kinda like putting a fart can on a Honda. Baaaahahahahaha
