2006 E55 Fog Light replacement
So the driver's side fog light housing cracked, probably a rock or something. How do I replace the fog light assembly? Does the front bumper have to come off or can I avoid doing so? Thanks in advance.

Does not have to come off. Get there from the bottom and it will come out. Do you need a light?

It’s been a while since I took mine off.
But I believe it’s only the 2 bolts (10mm socket) that held them on. Along with disconnecting the wire.




Left side fog lamp on a 2005 E55.

These bulbs are cheap, and can be had at any auto parts store.

You have to buy the complete fog light assembly. I had to do this last year, as both glass lenses where cracked by debris. After I changed them, they were wrapped in extra thick PPF. I bought the assembly from EBay, and their available on Amazon.
