Help ... e55amg Lifters making lots of noise after serpentine belt broke

Help ... e55amg Lifters making lots of noise after serpentine belt broke
Serpentine belt broke , put a new one on lifters making all kinds of racket... Tried taking both belts off restarting, no change , change the oil still no change.... How can I serpentine belt breaking cause this...

Part of that belt get shredded and wound up/sucked into the front main behind the damper? It can press the seal into the oil pump drive...
