Unfortunately, I already have these CF bits installed on my cars already.

 

 

Both the headlights and fog lights covers are relatively new covers, and wrapped in thick PPF. Which protect them from rocks, and UV rays.

Still have the E63 front lip?

 

 

 

 

I just purchased a new E63 front splitter, as I had an accident with the one mounted on my car. It took a had whack entering the driveway, as is cracked.
The new one has been shipped, and should arrive by Friday. Then I have to get it wrapped in PPF then installed. I need to be more careful in the future.

 

Mine has holes worn in it in 2 spots from all the steep driveways and what not around here. I'm tempted to replace it but not sure if it's worth it as the car is going up for sale soon. I always raise the car up if a driveway looks questionable too.

 

I just didn't judge the approach to the driveway correctly, and the CF splitter took a big whack, i can see the cracks under the PPF. And if you squeeze the top and bottom of the splitter, you can feel movement.
My new one arrives today by FedEx, and I already received a quote to have it wrapped. My installer quoted me at $180 for the install. But I think that I'll wait until next spring to install it. As this upcoming winter weather will most likely at a toll on it anyway. And since it's already beat up, no harm no foul.

 

$200 + $25 shipping for diffuser is more than it costs brand new...

you may not "give a $h1t", but the guy buying the same product for a higher price might...
