New E55 owner dyno results!

Hello all,
I recently acquired 2005 e55 and just had it dyno tested today to see where I am at before I start doing a few mods. The car is stock besides deleted resonator and secondary cats. I already ordered a bosch 010 pump and plan on doing the split cooling using the BMW reservoir. Currently, my IATs are crazy high (150f+) and were at 195F after the dyno. The dyno was an awd Mustang dyno typically used for subarus. Let me know what you guys think!

Well, I thought I attached a pic of the graph but it's not showing up. The max numbers were 362hp and 423tq

Did you Dyno it to get peak IAT numbers?! Because that's all you gave us! Also, your intercooler pump is dead. Replace it an enjoy some consistent power.

Use the button that looks like a picture haha. Also don't waste your money on the split cooling :-P it will provide ZERO benefits other than a thinner wallet.

Well the lowest IAT temp I saw was around 125F. That was for the first pull and it kept climbing from there. As stated in my post, I have already ordered a bosch 010 pump from fcpeuro.

Eh, it's a mustang dyno. They tend to read low

Can anyone chime in a tell me if these numbers are normal for a stock E55? I know I am heat soaking bad and there is some power to be gained from changing the ic pump.

Your timing is being retarded due to high IATs, you're definitely not making the power you will be with a new pump, first thing I bought for my E55 was a 010 pump.

With a pump youll be within expected range of power in my opinion.

Mustang (vs Dynojet) Dynos read low. And you have a bad IC pump. For comparison, my 2006 dynoed at around 436hp and around 467 torque. Admittedly that it with a basic Eurocharged tune but the bulk of the difference between your #'s and mine is brand of dyno and a functional IC pump to keep IAT's down. My second and third run #'s were closer to what you have, but still not quite as low

Were your numbers on a dyno jet or mustang dyno?

390-420whp for a stock car on the higher reading dyno's would be about right. In good condition of course.

I had 440 whp on dyno dynamics with 77mm pulley, kleemann and tune. Now i upgraded cooling and removed sec cats hopefully some more.

Sounds good! I'm doing some cooling mods and headers/tune first!

So the 362whp my car put down on a mustang dyno would put me in that range on a dynojet!

Yes probably. All dyno's are a bit different so comparing different cars on different dyno's is never going to be accurate. Some stock cars hit 400whp on dyno dynamics. I would be more concerned about the torque curve, it looks like it drops off sharper in the higher rpm than most.
