Looking for Indie in LA area
Hey guys, I am hoping my search for an E55 is finally over! I am planning on picking one up from the LA area, but I’m in Texas! So, I am debating who to go for for a PPI. The seller is great to work with and willing to take it in for me. Just wanted to see if anyone had input on something other than a local MB dealer for the inspection! Thanks

Not sure where the car is, LA is a big area! I used MB Motors in Tarzana and the owner Vik was extremely thorough and saved me from buying a car that needed to much work. He poured over the paperwork, and sat with me for a good half hour going over everything it would need.

You should also run an auto check. My carfax was clean, but autocheck found an accident on it. I didn't really care as the price was good.

I'd recommend Star Motor Werks in Costa Mesa. I've taken my car to him a couple of times and you cant go wrong, I'm going there next week again. He knows he's stuff and the mechanics that work there are just as good. Chris is super nice and he's price's are fair. I drive over an hour to get to him if he was decent I wouldn't bother at all, in my case he has been excellent so I go to him only.
