I'm going to assume these are reps since they have blank center caps, apologies if they're not reps! If they are, what brand? I love BBS LMs, but not paying that much for wheels. Been scouring classifieds for used, but they never come up.

Thanks in advance

You're correct they're reps. They're from MRR but I'd suggest not to buy anything from them, horrible company. I cracked a wheel and ordered a new one from them about a year ago. They sent one and we purchased a tire and had it mounted...come to find out after 4 attempts at an alignment that the ET was not what I ordered. When we called to question them they said they couldn't help because the wheel was already mounted. Now I believe they don't make these wheels anymore either so I'm SOL! Again save yourself the time and headache and don't ever deal with MRR. Hope that helps

I don't think they're too small, but you might be right I got them off of eBay...in either case I'm ok with it we have plenty of AMG badging on our cars already! LOL!

mine won't qualify, for now...

@hachiroku man, I love your set up, nice height and the Nardo gray. Looking good, bro.

Mine normally rides at stock height. I put this lip on yesterday, took both wheels off to get the bumper off. Opened the door while it was in the air and I heard the airmatic adjusting. When I put the wheels back on this is what it looked like, lower than this pic reflects. Now I want a module, gotta get it lower. Not necessarily interested in driving it lower, but definitely want the parked stance.

thank you...the annoyance now is...i painted my car a while ago...now its the "NEW TREND" along with people are wrapping their cars in vinyl that is a different color and calling it Nardo Grey as well. rather annoying, but thank you. i love how my car has evolved to what it is today.

On my w164 ml63 I've had the Airmatic malfunction come on off and on latley. I just got a icarsoft in the mail today and hooked it up. Its actually mentioning about a right front wheel speed sensor. To be honest until I saw this thread which I found as a result of that error in the scan, I didn't know they could be related. I had noticed the car driving a little stiffer recently, I've only had the car about a month. I guess I'll try to get the sensor replaced.

Looks perfect to me. One of my front struts bit the dust so I just installed BC Racing coilovers on the front and I think I will use the link to lower the back a bit. Goal it get it to look like yours.

I just removed the two front struts, disconnected the air line to each strut and the electrical connector to each strut and installed the two coilovers. I did not notice any air leaking from the disconnected front lines which tells me the system is smart enough to know when to send air to a strut and when not to. Front steel springs and rear air struts is what Mercedes did for the W212 E63.

First impression - I like the air ride better. This car is not a sports car and trying to make it one is not my goal. I might bite the bullet and get two new Billstein air struts from Rock Auto. Anyone know a cheaper place to get them?

Rob.

I would always try FCPEuro first, if for no other reason but they have the best return policy available, to my knowledge. Free replacement on parts, if you should ever need to replace them in the future, no questions asked.

I bought some stuff from FCP. They messed up my order and forgot a part. Since I am in Canada and stuff that comes in from the US had to have taxes and duties paid, I had to pay twice. They covered the extra costs. They also sent some wrong parts so the mechanic had to go to the dealer to get the right part. Took longer to get the car back. Not very impressed with them on that order. The billsteins have a lifetime warranty I believe so FCP would not be any different then any other vendor for them plus they are a lot more expensive than Rock Auto.

It's certainly a possible, but you would have to code out the rear level sensor using Star Diagnostics.

I don’t know for sure if it can be done, it should be possible.
