Shoutout to Pacific Coast Benz of Costa Mesa
Used Tom and his shop to perform a PPI on my E55 a few weeks ago before flying out to pick it up. Detailed the problem points, and when I leveraged it against the dealer they took the car back to Tom to do valve cover gaskets. Everything went smoothly and it was affordable at $200.
Unfortunately when I picked the car up I found substantial grooving in the front rotors although the pads were fine. I was already out in CA and for the price of brakes I wasn’t going to kill the deal. Tom had no obligation to help me out but I called and told him what was up and he was happy to refund me half of my PPI cost. I know they don’t drive the car very much and it was hard to catch unless you made a few subsequent stops on the highway and heated the rotors up.
Great overall experience and definitely recommend them to anyone. Time to make my very first FCPEuro purchase on rotors/pads!
Car is in seriously good condition otherwise and I am super excited to be a part of the club.

Thanks! Really incredibly clean, I couldn’t believe it.
2005, 68k miles for just under $20k. Doesn’t seem to have Nav or phone options and also doesn’t have a pano or dynamic seats. What I really wanted though - keyless go - it does have, so I’m pretty happy! Now to keep it as clean as I can. Going to focus on cooling mods first (Texas summer and boost don’t mix) and then look at power adders in the future.
