Drive Dynamic Seat Weirdness

Drive Dynamic Seat Weirdness
Tomorrow, I am taking my 2004 E55 to the repair shop for, among various annoyances, two front seats that are constantly (on an intermittent basis, of course) in motion. The side bolsters, the seat back, the seat bottom all randomly inflate and deflate -- even when I may be standing still at a light.
Does this happen to anyone else?

I have had this problem, of course they can't diagnose it..
My experience: random and intermitten, no problem with random side bolster movements excep that after a long drive, they may just shut off all together. I can squeel the tires around a corner and nothing. Turn off and on and nothing.
Also, sometimes lumbar will inflate all the way for no reason, as you mention. Annoying. Goes well with the random radio volume increases (and decreases..). Let me know if you find a fix, and I'll do the same.

My wife has complained of the same sort of thing but it occurs on a rare enough basis so she is not sure. Today I thought the lumbar support pushed outwards on my seat -- perhaps because I was accelerating at that time.

I've experienced the same problem. Most often noticed: the slight inflation of the lumbar support as I'm braking for a stop sign or red light. Once or twice I've thought that one bolster or the other has also slightly inflated. This is all with the Dynamic Drive feature off.
