Anyone can tell me Downpipes pipe that slides over stock exhaust
Eurocharged Mid Length Headers - DOWNPIPES OUTER Dimension = OD

I course take car to Exhaust welder to get it welded.

Im not sure what you mean,the downpipes that comes with the headers are ment to be welded to your exhaust,should be 2,75 inch pipes,if its the same as kleemann mids.

I need the outside dimension of the Downpipes Eurocharged NOT Kleemans.

May i ask why you need to know the outside dimension? The downpipes have same dimension as your exhaust and doesent slide over it.

Very sorry the late reply I been so busy with work.
Ok factory exhaust pipe 2.75" OD before upstream sensor and Downpipes are 3" ID
/ Downpipes 4" OD Wich was my quistion I didn't get them yet but was what I was told asking Eurocharged but seller Gordon doesn't seem to be sure I get different answer each time.
But u my friend seem to know what I need thanks a lot only u wrote if using 3" it can slide both over factory exhaust and Downpipes.
Can u confirm Downpipes OD is 4" ?

Yes as stated in my quosnt I will get them welded of course but since I am doing everything myself in my garage and yes is heated and yes has light and electricity and all the tools but can't weld from here so got to clamp this together as good as I can that is why I am asking.
I did also read a few saying that the Downpipes will slide right over the factory.
But nobody is talking about specifications on the Downpipes so was all I needed to be abke order some clamps. I am not using U Clamps since they will deform the pipes.
But something like "Walker lap joint clambs" . The lap joint method and lap joint clamps if u oil the pipes before mounting them and torque them to specs these will decently clamp and make right I used these many times on my Mustang.
Ones installed and engine fired up I TAKE it directly to Exhaust welder
And direct to Exhaust welder from there is my plan I looked at this

Can we all agree that the downpipes and factory exhaust is 2,75" diameter? if so,why do you ask if the downpipe is 4" ?

Dont know if this helps, but I used a pair of 3"x6" flex couplers to attach it to the stock exhaust.

Thanks a lot for the tip will difently add flex for avoiding cracks.
