Help - Ride Height Sensor Connector
I replaced my front right air strut today. Easy job thanks to several posts on this forum.
I have everything back together, except the connector for the ride height sensor. I cannot slide it in far enough to click into place. Looking into the connector that slides into the ride height sensor, I see a clear rubber gasket that prevents the connector from fully seating. The front left doesn't have this gasket and it easily slides on and off? I am tempted to extract the gasket, but it will not be easy.
Has anyone here seen this problem? If so, what was the solution?
Thanks.

Update...
The front left connector had the same gasket, but it was seated in retaining channel in such a way that I could not easily see it. I used dental picks to push the front right connector gasket into its retaining channel and the connector slipped onto the ride height sensor with ease.
