how long does it take for the coolant to circulate to get all the air out? my AITs are pretty high (40F outside yet my AIT 80s light driving) even with a new 010 pump. I bled for a few minutes with the hose clamped and pump activated via relay (car not running). I saw coolant moving but no bubbles. Could the original heat exchanger be clogged?

Think I bled mine for 20 to 30 minutes via the trunk relay. Hardly noticed any bubbles. About 20 over before a pull.

I bled mine for 5-10 min max. I wasn't getting any more air after the first few minutes. You are probably better to do it again on a separate occasion if you think there is still some air in there. Drive around and have vibration help dislodge any air bubbles. You would have to have some pretty disgusting coolant to clog the intercooler.
