W211 thermostat install ?
I just replaced the thermostat and upper hose two days ago. Recommend you check/ replace the lower and upper hoses at the same time, to avoid headaches later on.
Lower Hose: A2115018982
Lower Hose: A2115019082 (For Canadian Spec cars CODE 460)
Top Hose: A2115018882
Updated Thermostat: A1562030475
If the hoses are in good shape, replace the O-ring A0269976745
Good luck.
