Hi
I have the exakt same problem here. The rear roller shade on the pano roof is in the open position and doesn’t move at all.
How did you test that the motor was working?

The issue that I have from time to time, is that when I open the sun shade, the rear shade gets suck.
And then while driving, if you hit a small bump, it snaps open startling you.
It's due to a lubrication problem, I will soon rectify.

if needed, has motor part number too. The 211 numbered part is for the sun shade

I don't have a pano but I bet you have to remove the glass.
