235/40/18 Tires in front?
Is it possible to run a 235 in front when stock size is 245/40/18? I'm getting a good deal on a set but the fronts are a little smaller. Is it okay to run these?

Yes, it is okay to run these smaller tires. The tires are just a little narrower as compared to the rim. But you will be fine.

How is the winter performance with the OE Goodyear eagle on the 2019 s 560? Are the really made in Germany summer tires?
