The Deisigno graphite gray E55 looks terrific! Here is my CLS55 in Designo graphite gray. It had the piano black accents for interior vs wood trim and porcelain colored seats so a two tone look with the black leather on dash and black accents. I will post up some pics of the interior. I have a ceramic cost to do up yet from chemical guys. Looking forward to the results!
I saw a few car youtubers(legitstreetcars, vin wiki) use it and figured i’d give it a shot. I did briefly look at cquartz but didn’t really find much distinguishing one from the other. What’s the word on the best coating out there?

I dont know either. I watched a bunch of comparisons videos. seems like some are more hydrophobic then others, but then the lacked in longevity, or one was better in gloss, but not as good in another category. Some needed a coating over the ceramic, some didnt.
So very convoluted. I think Im leaning to Cquartz 3.0. I have 4 cars I'd like to do, I may try 3 or 4 different products.
Yeh I ran into the same when researching. Idk if there’s a consensus on what the best is. Obviously armor shield paid a few YouTubers to use their product but I’m thinking they wouldn’t endorse something if it was trash. I’ve been happy with the results so far.

Haha, so even just know I asked my coworker who has been doing professional detailing including ceramic coatings and he said they use both Cquartz and gteckniq and much prefer gtechniq... So another plot twist. I'll look into armor shield as well.

Mine is green as well, and I quite liked it. As it was different from the norm. I wished that I had kept that car, but years later I bought another E63, but black on black below.
I absolutely love the green leather, as it is unique for the Designo package with the matte wood trim.
I have never seen that interior before! Avocado/military green with matte wood! I like it!

That interior was really nice, it was a very nice contrast of colors and textures. I wish that I never got rid of that car.
But my current car is also very nice, but has a generic AMG interior. But it's about to get an upgrade to this.
Oh I like that way more than mine. It mostly looks grey until you get it in direct sunlight then the avocado comes out.
Sorry to revive this old thread, but my S211 is the same spec as your 55 (minus 2 cylinders). Have you figured out a way to make the green/grey leather pop out more?
