You can find them online from other OEM Mercedes parts sites for cheaper. I've found many of those MB online sites are simply a network which the parts are sourced from MB dealerships anyhow. Going directly to the dealer you'll pay much more.

i believe the front and rear are not swapable, but people do swap them to test that the wiring on the car's end is not faulty. also to confirm that the handle is actually faulty. the electrical connector between front and rear are the same. depending on what you're trying to do.

When I checked with the dealer, all of the door handles had different part numbers. That tells me, that they aren't swap-able from front to rear.
